I transcribe for a group of cardiologists. They all love my work, but there is one doc who complains about the bill. I have suggested to them that I could lower my per line rate (a little) if they agreed to a 1-year contract. Has anyone ever done this? Does anyone have a sample contract? Thanks in advance.
