I was assured that their home plan included 10,000 minutes and after the 1st month, they took $156 off my debit card (which I had ordered under) in overage charges.
Customer service is a joke and, when I asked to talk to the billing department or a supervisor, they just tell me I can't - that I can email billing, which I did and no response. I'm so frustrated. What a perfect way to avoid dealing with billing disputes on their part - just tell customers that no one is available!! I think I'm going to take them to small claims court
