for a business. I was wondering- do you have to have a president and other officials, do you have to have meetings (if only you are the 1 you are interested in having the basic interests of the company). I am IC right now but basically trying to branch out in another interest of mine so these 2 things would be separate as far as taxes, etc. are concerned. Give me any ideas you might have concerning this. Thanks.
