I have done these and always think it won't take as long as it does -- my minimum estimate would be 8 hours and then up to 10 to 12.  So charge accordingly.  They always think it will be cheap but it isn't.  Good luck.  These are sometimes harder and more time consuming than the most exacerbating ESL that you will have.
