Having a peculiar problem with

I received an email from a friend a few days ago that was immediately followed by a blank email (no sender, no subject, no message) and when I checked the properties, the message read that it was RFC822 incompatible. Since then, I am receiving these blank emails, many a day, with or without other emails being received. The URL addresses are always different. I have run a Norton scan and it found spyware, which it removed, however I am still receiving these emails. Does anyone have any idea what is happening? Has anyone else ever experienced anything like this? Thanks.
