Help with QA

I need some advice. I can't get into the specifics because who knows who reads this stuff but I am having a problem with QA. I cannot win. I am getting corrections back that are ridiculous ( a instead of an). On top of that, I am getting corrections that contradict previous emails saying to do it the way I did it. Additionally, I am getting grammatical corrections that are incorrect. I do believe the QA person is knowledgeable and not a complete moron, but there are definitely errors on her part or just simply more than one way of doing things. If they keep changing the rules, how do I beat their game? I can't correct them or say anything because I do not have the previous emails and it will just make her mad and make my life worse. Suggestions?
