I am sure that someone with 10 years of exp would not fail a skill test though. What kind of skill test was that (online skill test)?.

went through the same thing today! Mine wasn't even transcription, just multiple choice stuff. I went over it four times and there is no way that I failed that test by what they said.

I believe it has something to do with the pay scale. This particular company asked what was the last highest cpl that I made with my old company.

There are other companies doing the same thing and many MTs have run up against the same problem.
