When I owned my home my mortgage was PTIT -- ie, principal, intrest, taxes and INSURANCE for anything that happened -- I am from IL originally and know of the devastation in IA, (not far from where I lived0, but there are a LOT of women on here, including 'little old widowed me' and NO I get NO government financial assistance. This is what has to be realized -- I'm struggling daily and have gone from 'lobster and champange to beer and hotdogs'
