This was all from just one doctor. Hard to transcribe, but once I learned his 'language', I actually loved doing is work!

'He11-vest' = halo vest

'new curse' = nucleus

'scar' = skull

'bora' = volar

'shuvamoma' = schwannoma

'fur-pole' = Whipple

'strimate' = significant

'Caucasian' = percussion

'clabbers' = clivus

'deepness' = dizziness

(These are just a few, but I picked some of my favorites from the list.)
