How do you all do it?

I don't work quite 40 hours a week but get soooo exhausted, I don't know how I could stand another job. I really need one money-wise, but I can hardly do what I'm doing now.

Did any of you get extremely tired from this when you were new?

Any tips on how to overcome it?
