At least with an admitted newbie, you know what you'll be dealing with.  These clowns that try to fake years of experience don't even realize how quickly they are exposed! 


We dish out the difficult tests, but it's only to see what you've got.  It's not a matter of catching everything they say, it's a matter of what you put on the paper.  If you send in a test with 20 blanks and all the medications spelled correctly, you're someone I can work with.  If you send in that same test with no blanks and sentences that wouldn't make sense to the average 8th grader, then we have a problem.
