I know some don't like to hear it, or at least they think it doesn't apply to them, but I have seen people with 20+ years myself do really bad on the tests - and I am not talking about bad dictators. I am talking about MT's who have been spelling words incorrectly for years, and think they are spelling it correctly; obviously no one tells them - maybe no one sees. Most doctors don't care. I have seen some of the horrendous spelling on these boards, and I am not talking about the typos, typing chance for change, and things like that. I am talking about real errors. Oh, well..off my soapbox and back to work. P.S. For those who get offended by the typing police on this board, maybe you should take heed. Myself included.
