drop it. You are. Your posts just seem to be telling her to stop caring enough to post on a subject of quality. Just give up and accept poor quality and be glad you have a job. That's not excellence. The reports aren't dictated by ditch diggers about grass types found in ditches. They are dictated by well-educated MDs about patient care. If your quality is excellent, then the post shouldn't upset you. I don't see how the discussion of quality is ever a waste of time.

I think I do need to leave my job, but my leaving may only result in quality dropping yet another millimeter, toward eventual collapse into offshoring. I don't think this QA person should leave. Sounds like she is trying diligently to help.
