I's and O's

I need some clarification on the meaning of I's and O's in the VITAL SIGNS section of a PE. Does anyone know what the numerical ranges might be? I have been an MT for 3 years and I have only come across I's and O's maybe a couple of times. I want to say it stands for "In's and Out's" Is this the measurement in cc of IV medication/saline input and maybe urine output? Thanks for all of your help!
