I bargained or negotiated with myself on OT.

I don't care for it - I am tired with my 40 hours. However, I want to keep a good rapport with my supervisor and also the money is quite good when I do the OT.

So, I made a deal with myself that I would participate in OT every other time it was offered but no more than 16 hours in my work week.

Have you ever bargained for a higher CPL rate..
when made an offer by a national or is that a big mistake?  Want the position, but not for as low as they are offering.  Would just like to see if they would be willing to go up based on experience and quality.  Has anyone ever done this and actually had a good result from it?
