I cut them apart

I do it and it takes me just a few minutes to do it.  I feel it is a service that brings them back and makes them want to continue my services.  You might tell them that becuase of the added time, etc. you will need to increase your cpl or however you charge.  Also hopefully you are being paid on 65 characters and not gross lines if they are making you do a smaller font and fitting as many on a page as possible -- do they provide the paper or do you provide it.  Anyway, keep track of your time and tell them it is costing you this much in time and add it on, probably 5 minutes per day or something like that so 2 hours per month and charge them.  Won't hurt to try.    Patti
