I still like typing because the terminology is ever changing and I want to keep up with it. I have a couple that I QA for who ignore everything I tell them and don't even make attempts to TRY and get it right (making up drugs, etc.), but then the rest are very sweet and open to feedback. The employer though doesn't put pressure as far as lines and amount of work done on the MTs and are very good to their people, so that helps with the overall attitude of everyone.
