I didn't totally agree with the poster who said the lack of self-confidence statement because I never have lacked self-confidence.  I'm comfortable with my PT nat'l and when I no longer am - I'll do other MDs...I already do a bunch of pvt mds so I'm not worried at all, and I would need only to replace the supplemental income I do earn PT. 

The day I start to pull my hair out over any office, at this stage in my life, whether it be pvt or nat'l is the day I'm a goner....no biggie.
