I do this for the MTSO I work for - going back and listening to the dictation on faster speed but for my own local acct. that I have been doing for 10 years I just proofread it all when I am done by reading all the pages I type. I have a lot of norms (paragraphs) in this transcription and I have only 3 docs but even after all these years I still find typos and Expander errors just like you. I don't make a lot of errors but one is too many in my mind but I know I also am not perfect and no doubt the reports are not all error-free but I sure strive to do the best job I can.
