You are so right

I ask for copies of many of my reports, particular for the many MRIs of the brain I require, due to a lesion that has caused significant symptoms. I was very upset to find a serious error in one of my reports. (I highly doubt it was the radiologist dictating the word incorrectly.) In my report, the type of AVM I have was typed as a "calculus" telangiectasia on the pons of my brain stem and should have been "capillary" telangiectasia! To me, this was a significant error.

It isn't always spelling errors that are an issue; it is content that we need to really watch for as well - in other words, we need to be able to delineate that what we are typing also makes sense! :)
