I had one

foreign doctor out of Georgia who used to say "may his gentle soul rest in perfect peace, amen."  I thought I wish I were closer, I'd go to that person who actually has the heart to think about when a patient dies. 

I saw someone had put it was unprofessional, it's unprofessional for them to talk with other doctors about their finances, pass gas, burp, eat....that stuff is gross, but to show some humanity, to me that is sorely lacking.
