then worse, then better over the years. I also have Graves thyroid disease and it always worse when my thyroid was acting up. But since I have been working at home for about the last 8 years, it has been better. Not having to go out from hot to cold. I would rub my hands together under hot water, and wear mittens instead of gloves. That helped me.
