During the fall/winter/spring, I use a small space heater right on my feet and also sometimes as extreme as a heating pad over them as they ache from the cold. For my hands, I have actually put the space heater on my desk blowing towards my hands and wearing sweaters with long sleeves, partially covering my hands, leaving my finger tips out.
