Things like cholecystectomies, T&A, appendectomies, hysterectomies, etc. Also, for me, ops go a lot faster than DS and HP, because you are not constantly having to look things up for them. I also have a lot of physicals and ROSs saved for certain docs that say the same thing over and over. Also, thousands of Expanders that I use more than actually typing.

You're nit-picking, IMO, though I'll concede that I could've avoided that nit-picking by a more careful choice of wording.

Still, in the dozens of companies in which I worked in the 1990s (as a temporary administrative assistant), virtually every one of them preferred one space over two.

I'm FAR from being a friend of the AHDI, so consider that if you start labeling folks as being part of their "group-think," you may be throwing the baby out with the bathwater and alienating potential allies. Hmm?
