I have a question for...sm

I am a very experienced radiology transcriptionist.  I have been doing radiology transcription for a very, very long time and I am getting a little bored with it.   I  would like to spread my wings a little bit and break into other specialties, specifically orthopedics or OP reports as I do a lot of the both in radiology.  What do I need to do?  Train somewhere in these specialties, (which of course I have already had training in 15+ years ago through schooling) or can I try to find a company who will take me on with my current experience.  Any suggestions appreciated.  I would also like to know if you can make a pretty decent line count in these two specialtieomplaining of, and/or which specialties are good ones to get into.  Please post.  TIA
