I'll finish that LOOONG jerky report, log out and back in and that seems to fix it for me. Sometimes if I just let it sit for a few minutes and then continue typing and that fixes it for me too. I do have one irritating provider that her dictation will do that at about 45 minute into her voice file and it will keep doing it until the end of the note. I complain EVERY time that happens too.
