He's from India and he can't dictate straight or clear if someone stuck a loaded gun to his head. Is it MY fault that I can't understand him! Heck no!!!! I'm an MT, NOT a magician. It's his problem. I send all of his reports back in looking like swiss cheese, and guess what? When he can learn to dictate clearly, he'll get an accurate transcript back. Until that time, it's is problem - NOT mine! And I don't feel guility one iota either!
