I don't feel like I have to be my Indian doc's babysitter because it's not in my job description, and he's not paying me for it. He rattles off at warp speed with his thick, heavy accent like there's no tomorrow. I REFUSE to put the monkey on MY back. And would I see him if I were a patient? Ain't no way!!! The patient's can't even understand docs like these when they talk so what makes them think the MT can? I'm THIS CLOSE to dropping this group because of HIM! I don't need the aggravation, which is so great that it makes the $$$$ not worth it.
