The basic 4 are discharges, op notes, H&Ps and consults. Sometimes
referred to as acute care.

Getting good line counts with discharges
Are there any secrets? Normally, I do all operative reports, but recently having to do DS, which I am not accustomed to doing regularly. How do you increase speed, besides utilizing the ShortHand entries.
