I pay my IC's first

I make sure my gals get paid first.  I try to keep enough on  hand from month to month to make payroll and it is tight.  But without the help you aren't going to get the work done and that results in no payday for you the owner.   That is why it isn't as easy as you all think being a MTSO -- even small like me -- and we don't make the big bucks -- as least not me.   But I do pay my IC's before the mortgage, lights or myself.

If they don't send you a Fed X check within the next day, I would not type.  I did have to do this once and it works.
