It isn't just insur companies lobbying for that.
They don't collect but a small percentage on noninsured claims.

It sure will bring havoc and financial stress to those who are already strapped.

Seems there should be a better way.

They do have to work on less insur payments, etc.

it's not only in actions
but also in thoughts and emotions that you can be unfaithful. Stop when you can and remember your vows if you want to hold on to your spouse.
What actions can I/should I take when contractor will not pay?
I did some IC'ing for a company, and they have not sent my $ yet for the last 2 invoices.  They say they are going to send it around the end of the week, but just in case, I want to know what steps I should take because I WILL get my $ one way or the other.  They are located in Houston, Texas.  Does anyone know about the court system there and what are your opinions on what the next step should be for me before I sue them--which I do plan on doing if I do not receive my $ by early next week.  I do not want to waste a lot of time waiting.  Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.
my feelings and actions exactly!!! nm

Is there a way for me to go back and see what actions from the previous
week went for?   I have something identical to an auction and I had been watching it, although had not marked it, and it ended today and I want to go back and see what the final bid was and then also would like to go back a week or so and see if there were similar items auctioned and the final bids.
The point is that HE screwed up, and he will have to pay for his actions. nm

to find out what actions your state
on oursourcing issues http://www.nfap.net/researchactivities/globalsourcing/
California has several bills that speak to this issue.
I would take responsibility for my actions and I would not call citizens of the country
criminals if there is no evidence to hold them and I personally have no evidence to present to the law to hold them.  I am not one for the spotlight even without grieving for the loss of my child.  I certainly would not get up on world-wide TV and insult the people conducting the search and investigation for my missing child.  And I would not be in the frame of mind to get all made up with glitter eye makeup and false eyelashes to tell other countries not to accept "criminals" who the legal system did not have evidence to hold.  She is a loon.
Auctions - not actions. Need some sleep. TYVM for the info. nm
