I applied to them last winter and their benefits were GREAT!!! The only thing was their line rate was low for me. As of October 1st if something is not done about the 20% decrease in pay for MEs at MQ, I think I am going to call the lady who was so nice to me at Heartland when I applied. I only applied to them on a whim because I read an add they placed that sounded tempting. I had no intension of leaving MQ at that point unless it was a REALLY good increase and everything was except the line count, which by the way was 20% less than I make now. So you see why I am thinking of calling her.
