Maybe you'll get a nice settlement and not have to work anymore at all.

In this country you have a right to own your own business, and the MTSO has obviously tried to make it impossible for you.

Also, I would find out how long a no-compete thing is supposed to be for. For 6 months or a year, then yeah I can see its point. But they can't expect to control what you do for the rest of your life.
