ITexpander and docuscribe

Help! Does anyone use the IT Expander with docuscribe. If so, did you ever have trouble using the CTL key with a number key feature to shift between glossaries? I can't get mine to work. I have CTL + number selected in the selection keys and I changed the selection keys to CTL+Shift+number and that does not work either. Its driving me nuts. Textware does not know why this is happening. Any suggestions out there?

Hello -- does anyone know if I would be able to use both ChartScript.net and Docuscribe programs on the same computer without any problems? I know that both are web-based and am concerned about Active X controls being a conflict between the two platforms. Thanks for any help on this!
