I used to work full time doing transcription, then a full time job at night - four nights a week. I would literally work from 7:30 in the morning until 4:30 in the morning, arriving home at 4:50 a.m. I would sleep for a few hours, get up and start transcribing. I would take a poor excuse of a nap from 5 p.m. until 6:15 p.m. until I had to get ready for my second job.
It can be done!
