| It is . . . exasperating and drainingPosted By: sm on 2009-05-17In Reply to: One thing we can do.... - Rose

I am 'there' right now. I refuse to work for a company that offshores. I am finding that there are more and more companies hiring IC right now than there are companies hiring employees with benefits. I find that SCARY. I need the insurance but will not lower myself to a company that offshores. It is painful and depressing looking for a job in this market.

I agree with you. WE HAVE TO STICK TOGETHER AND REFUSE TO WORK FOR COMPANIES THAT OFFSHORE. It just isn't easy.

I have resigned myself to the fact that now may seriously be the time to get out of transcription entirely.

What I have been noticing BIG TIME is that the clinic work seems to be done mostly by IC. When did this happen?
