I do. I have an extra VoiceWriter but SM
not the modem thing - which is what will probably go! The LX-219 is cheap on ebay but the modem is not so cheap.
I have no backup computer but I there are other computers in my house that I could use.
Lanier Voicewriter programming
I've searched through the archives and found some good programming info on the Lanier voicewriter. However, I couldn't find what I need. My loving 17 MO son hit some keys and now I can't see the lower screen. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks
voicewriter ex foot pedal
Check the foot pedal itself. Mine had a spring in it. The spring would pop off and would only get forward and reverse until i found out how to fix it. All I had to do was put the spring back in its holder.
Lanier Voicewriter For Sale (LX-230)
I have a Lanier VoiceWriter EX for sale (Model LX-230) with the modem, as well as foot pedal. I bought it used from Transcribe Solutions. it is in excellent condition, Purchase date by me was 2/21/2008, but due to a divorce and lifestyle changes, it has barely been used by me at all.

I've read posts stating C-phones possibly work with Magic Jack. However, has anyone successfully used Magic Jack with a Lanier Voicewriter, or has anyone tried that? TIA
Digital phone line with Lanier voicewriter
Now I am getting digital phone through my cable company with the addition of a data line which is suppose to give me unlimited access for dial up so I am hoping that will work. Does anyone else use a Lanier with Time Warner Cable digital phone and if so any problems?
