Sit down and write out a letter to her. Type it somewhere else first before actually putting it in an e-mail, that way you have time to really think about what you want to say. Explain how you feel. Let her know that this is SERIOUS. Explain that you don't mind getting your share of the junk but you feel overwhelmed. Let her know that it is bad enough that you are considering your "options". Maybe that will make her take notice. Even if they would move that back up back in your pools so that you only get it if there is absolutely nothing else in there.

I really hope it works out for you. PSs are human too, I can't imagine a manager who would want their employee to be so unhappy.
