I would say maybe trying a new account. Maybe a different specialty, like radiology if you are doing acute care now. I have been doing this for nearly 21 years and it can get pretty old at times, especially when you are on a really difficult account. I don't think anyone should get all the junk all the time.

One thing that helped me one time was changing accounts. I wanted something more interesting because gallbladders and hernias just weren't getting it. So I asked for a psych hospital. Sad as it was in many cases, it was much more interesting. I also enjoy ERs (I know you don't, I remember from past posts, but I find them very interesting). Think about what sorts of things you would find interesting and ask your PS to help you out. Maybe an account that has a lot of OB/GYN if you enjoy that sort of thing.
