He just quit a very secure job (benefits, 401K, etc.) where he worked 70 hours a week to venture into a not-so-secure job where he gets off at 3 p.m. because he believes our children are growing up too quickly and he is not getting enough time to teach them things and watch them grow. Something about the love he has for our children makes me want to cry. He is such a wonderful daddy. He is the fun one who wants to do crazy stuff with them. He makes me seem like a dud...but they are absolutely crazy about him!
I have 5 children and the amount of things he has done for me during each pregnacy ALONE constitute enough love to do me for a lifetime!! (even though I was the one who suffered, lol)
He takes up for me...never lets our teenager talk back to me.
He lays out my towel, puts toothpaste on my toothbrush, leaves me notes, goes to the grocery store, washes my car, gives the kids a bath, reads the Bible to them, prays with us....I mean I could seriously go on and on.
Talk about corny!!
