The company I have been working for for about a year decided they were not going to pay this pay period because they claimed they did not get paid because of "bad transcriptions" and they were looking to see who were behind the bad transcriptions and then pay next pay period, which is a month after the work is completed as it is. Also, the work has been under 100% QA, so how could there be "bad transcriptions" still getting through? Does anyone know if there are legal remedies, as they owe me three paydays if they decide to not pay me.
