I have 13 years in, and how I wish I had something else to do. I find that I am cynical against lazy doctors, bad MTSOs, and I dread each morning as I start my day. There are some days that are nice, good authors all day, easy flow; and I do enjoy those But it seems doctors are dictating worse than they ever did, long pauses eating up my precious time to dig in their files or gather thoughts. Has anybody noticed not a one has a clue as to what proper English is? Ugh. I don't mean to be a downer, but for me, I find it deteriorates by the day; and I often think of returning to school and changnig my career completely, but also hate to throw 13 hard-working years out the window.
