No I don't

I've always been a fast Transcriptionist with 99% accuracy on all of my QAs - and our QA is very stringent.  I transcribe for a major hospital with lots of ESL dictators and lots of physicians, not just one physician.  I've always been this way and that's just the way it is.  I'm also aware there are people who transcribe less than I do, but I never ask them why they transcribe so slow.  It's really an insult to the profession when other transcriptionists think there are not actual transcriptionists out there who can produce a quality product at a high line count.
