I am not sure what to do. I went to school for MT, graduated, and have been working on and off for about 3 years. Have not done it in the last 6 months. I have been taking tests, some say I pass while others say that I need further training to be an MT. How or where do I get additional training or should I just start over with Career Step or some other school. Very irritating to have done well in school and then have employers tell me that I need additional training. Can someone please help me.
