I am going to look for IC work at another company as well as the one I am at. They do not have enough to keep me busy everyday so I think I should just find a backup account at another company. They (my current company) are supposed to be training me for 2 other accounts I would have as backup but I have asked the lady twice about starting the training (not the owner just kind of the head MT who does the training) and she keeps putting me off. But the owner is so nice. I don't know what to do. I just am tired of asking and asking and getting put off. Meanwhile I don't have enough work. What to do? Should I wait for the training? Or should I find other backup work and if they do decide to do the training tell them I am sorry I found other work because I didn't have enough to keep me busy.
