I worked for OSi as a statutory employee (no longer available) and found it very frustrating. My manager was not incompetent, just had way more to do than one person could handle. I waited almost a year to get my first quality review. I had very little feedback from Quality, which made getting better at my job a little difficult. Since they were willing to hire me as a newbie, it was a great place to get a year in the trenches under my belt and then move on to a different company.
