work, it will. Heavens, despite all the flames that will come my way, its still probably the #1 draw appeal to our industry - being home with your kids while earning a great living. I raised 3 - stayed home to MT after birth of my first child 18 years ago. Not a big deal - probably more dependent on your basic parenting skills - sadly, lots of American women are lacking across the board in that regard! Also dependent on each kids' personality - my oldest was my most challenging and when she was in her toddler years, I used to hire some local preteens/teens to come and play with her - supervise her - for a few hours each afternoon - worked out great. Other 2 children were different personalities and would play happily by my desk when I worked. It can be done - and the blessings are so worth it! It can e challenging, but can be done! Of course, I also always chose companies who were flexible. Could not have done it with a strict 8 hour shift. Enjoy!
