All the good dictators are in India or the Philippines or they have gone to EMR.  When I see all the job ads from the larger nationals, i cringe because even tho I need a second job right now, I refuse to apply to these companies because I know all they have are horrid ESLs and hospital accounts with about 90% ESLs. 

Just a few more months and I am so saying GOODBYE TO THIS HORRIBLE THING of a profession.
