Oh no! This could be me!

I, too, am 'comma crazy.' When I started out with the BIG national, I told my supervisor that I tend to overuse commas, and she said,"Ha, Ha, I don't think it's possible to OVERUSE commas!" So, I have been relaxed about my 'overuse of commas.' GEEZ! To think some snotty doctor can almost ruin your career complaining about TOO MANY COMMAS!! Crying out loud! Good luck on your job search. If you have been with them for four years, and this is the way they treat you for a comma 'problem', you had better be looking elsewhere. I don't know about getting your own doc, but what about maybe doing overflow for some local transcriptionist. Maybe ask local clinics if they outsource locally and to whom and see if you can get some overflow work. Depending on where you work, the pay could be better than the nationals. Personally, I am now waiting for the 'comma shoe' to drop!!
