Serving Over 20,000 US Medical Transcriptionists

Okay everyone, how can I do this?

I am going to try in the near future to get one of my local doctor's offices to stop sending work overseas (and of course offer my services!).  I know that he will not do it unless the price he pays is equal or less.  My question to everyone here is - does anyone know how much some of the companies actually charge the doctors?  I would think that the doctor probably pays somewhere around 10 to 11 cents per line and then the overseas transcriptionists get maybe 3 or 4?  But I really am not sure.  I honestly cannot afford to put in the time and effort to research this if, in order to beat the company sending work overseas, I have to charge 8 or 9 cents per line.  I do need to make money too!!  What are your thoughts?
